SEVENEI ACCOMMODATION RULES GENERAL PROVISIONS These rules are developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine, decrees of the state committee of Ukraine on housing and communal services, the state committee of Ukraine on tourism, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and taking into account the requirements of the Council of the International Hotel Association. The hotel guarantees its guests compliance with all privacy policies. The hotel reserves the right to impose a fine on guests for violating fire safety standards, smoking and disobeying the legal requirements of the administration. You can leave feedback and suggestions on how the hotel works with the hotel administrator. ORDER OF STAY AT THE HOTEL The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-in and check-in starts at 14:00. Check-out time and check-out time are until 11.00. Check-in before 14.00 is an additional paid service and is provided subject to the availability of free rooms. If you plan to check in before arrival, you will need to pay an additional 50% of the room rate. If you leave later than check – out time, i.e. after 11:00, you will need to pay an additional fee: before 18:00 – 50% of the room amount; after 18:00-100% of the room amount. In case of early departure, a refund is made provided that the guest notifies the hotel administration of their decision no later than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the amount will not be refunded. In case of non-arrival, a fine of 100% of the cost of one night/the entire period of stay in a room of the appropriate category will be charged. Cancellation of the reservation without penalty – 3 days before arrival (does not apply to the winter period). Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00. The number is provided upon presentation of an identity document. Upon check-in, payment is made in full for the entire period of stay. Check your room upon arrival.if you find any damage or damaged property, please contact the reception. Otherwise, at check-out, the amount of damaged property will be reimbursed by the consumer, that is, the guest. After the guest leaves the room, a full cleaning service is provided. To maintain cleanliness in the room, we strongly ask you not to smoke in the room. If smoking is detected in the room, you will be charged a fine. Please keep your room and property clean. We ask you to treat people who live in neighboring rooms with respect. Please turn down the TV volume between 22:00 and 7:00, avoid loud conversations and laughter. Please note that pets and birds are not allowed in the room without prior approval from the property. Children under 6 years of age stay with their parents – there is no extra charge for a place. Free parking is available on site. The hotel is not responsible for any valuables left in the car. The safe in the room is free of charge. Please keep all valuables in a safe. In case of loss of items outside the safe, the hotel administration is not responsible. When leaving the room, be sure to close the water intake taps, turn off the lights and other electrical appliances. Your guests can visit you daily from 9: 00-23: 00. To do this, they need to register with the hotel administrator. Please store your ski equipment in a special room on site. Please inform the administration if any equipment defects, electrical, heat and water supply malfunctions are detected. Video surveillance is provided on site (with the exception of toilet rooms and rooms). SEVENEI HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FURTHER ACCOMMODATION TO THE GUEST IN CASE OF VIOLATIONS OF THE RULES AND LATE PAYMENT FOR SERVICES REFUSAL TO SETTLE, TERMINATION OF RESIDENCE: the guest does not provide documents, or the documents are invalid or overdue; the guest violates the rules of accommodation, which leads to material damage and / or creates inconvenience for the accommodation of other tenants; the guest does not pay, does not pay on time and / or does not pay in full the cost of hotel services; the guest violates public order; the guest breaks the silence from 23: 00 to 7: 00. Forbidden: Transfer room keys to unauthorized persons; smoking in the rooms, halls and premises of the hotel – a fine of 1500 UAH.; show aggression or actions that threaten the safety, health or property of others; keep birds, animals, etc. in the room (without prior approval from the hotel administration); use electrical appliances in the room except when permitted; store explosive, flammable, toxic materials, drugs, and weapons in the room; use pyrotechnic devices and sparklers on site without the consent of the property.
